Mountain West Properties provides trusted, ethical building & business growth expertise and real estate investment opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.
STORY
Mountain West Properties began improving residential real estate assets in 2017 in Snohomish County, Washington State. We found assets that were in foreclosure or off-market and purchased them in cash. Now, we are seeking to develop new construction single family residences in Washington State and in the general Pacific Northwest region, and help other like-minded businesses achieve their ambitions.

Leadership
James Mayther M.B.A., Owner + President
James started his career in construction when he was 15 – working for his father’s construction company. At 20, he started his own painting company to pay for college, which would later prime him to buy & sell homes under Mountain West Properties and contribute to other projects in the Puget Sound region.
To date, James has:
Contracted and performed 55+ residential projects
Remodeled 30+ apartment units
Managed and bid out 15+ other substantial remodels or new construction projects
Purchased, Improved, and Sold 4 homes
Built 4 new construction homes
