Build - Hold
This real estate package will be an investment of approximately 24-60+ months. This includes time to find and acquire vacant land (2-4 months) , create a plan set with an architect (1-3 months), city approval of permits (3-4 months), and build the SFR (8-12 months).
After building is complete, investors will be able to utilize the property on an agreed upon basis, and also rent out the property to vacationers and tourists via apps such as VRBO and AirBnB. Excess rental income will be distributed to investors according to their respective investment sizes.
The goal of this package is to hold a real estate asset that provides residual income, while appreciating in value.

Build - Sell
This real estate package will be an investment of approximately 18-24 months. This includes time to find and acquire vacant land (2-4 months), create a plan set with an architect (1-3 months), city approval of permits (3-4 months), and build the SFR (10-12 months).
After the building is complete, the property will be sold on open market for fair value.
The goal of this package is to create new value and return initial capital and profits to our investors.
